Melissa moved to Rice County in June 2022 and brings over 20 years of leadership experience in Human Resources. Passionate about community impact, she values the United Way’s ability to support a wide range of local organizations working to improve lives. In addition to her professional work, she serves on the Cannon-Wells Lake Association Board and is committed to preserving and supporting local natural resources. She lives in Faribault with her husband and their spirited beagle, enjoying the community and natural beauty of the area.
